If a student misses a lesson without notice (student no-show), the tutor is paid in full. If you miss a lesson and request a makeup session, it may be granted at the tutor's sole discretion. If a tutor misses a lesson, the student receives a platform credit to rebook.

Yes. Both parties must confirm lesson attendance via the platform post-session. This ensures transparency and security before any payment is finalized.

Tutors set their own hourly rates, typically ranging from £15 to £60 per hour. The price you see on the tutor's profile is the total price you pay.

No. We believe in transparency. The lesson price includes all platform service fees and payment processing costs. There are no surprise charges.

We have a strict Refund Policy of No Refunds once payment is made. All transactions are final.
